S H I P P I N G

Items ordered will be shipped with in 24 working hours, unless otherwise noted in description of product.
We primarily ship through Delhivery. After leaving our facility, Delhivery typically delivers in 2–5 business
days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order
has been shipped.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive

  • If you notice any damage you should make note & click a picture and email us on
    care@skinnandyou.com.

-If your item(s) do arrive damaged please contact us at care@skinnandyou.com and we will replace the
damaged goods.

Please note, for all the above mentioned issues, contact us within 12 hours, otherwise we would not be
able to exchange or return the products.

O R D E R C A N C E L L A T I O N S

We work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted
or the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very
small window of time where we can catch your order before it is shipped out.

This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however
be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email us at
care@skinnandyou.com or message us at instagram.com/skinn_and_you as soon as possible with the
subject line “Cancellation” and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!

R E F U N D S & E X C H A N G E S

At SKINN and YOU your satisfaction is our top priority and we will ensure your happiness with every
purchase. In most cases, returns are not accepted and only exchanged due to the nature of our
products. In order to receive exchange, please reach out to us with in 12 hours of product delivery and
send the product back to us within 7 days of reaching out. Please do not hesitate to contact us at
care@skinnandyou.com anytime if you are unhappy with your order.

SKINN and YOU is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume
responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of
delivery.
